Massage Therapy and Bodywork Program

The Massage Therapy and Bodywork Program is composed of 672 clock hours of lectures and laboratory practices designed for anyone interested in becoming a professional massage therapist.

Students will learn about the biologic self-healing mechanism of the human body, and the principles and applications of massage and bodywork therapy either for maintenance or corrective measurements.

The curriculum includes the studies of human biology, massage and bodywork techniques, professional ethics, business development, health maintenance, and clinical practice.

This program will provide students with solid theoretical and practical skills needed in order to maintain their own health, to assist their clients, and to complement the services of other health care providers.

Natural Health Practitioner Program

The Natural Health Practitioner program is composed of 350 contact hours designed to educate and prepare anyone motivated to enter in the field of natural health education.

The student graduated from the Natural Health Practitioner program will be certified as a Natural Health Practitioner.

The natural health practitioner career gives the individual the opportunity to share his or her passion and knowledge for holistic healing with others. After graduation, the Natural Health Practitioner will have the fundamental knowledge to offer educational information to anyone interested in the field of natural health so as the application of the acquired knowledge to enhance his or her own health. The graduate could qualify to work in health spas, fitness centers, health clinics, schools, open his or her own business, or any other location seeking the work of a natural health educator.

This program on natural health is a unique approach to wellness where the student explores the fundamentals on how the human body should work during a balanced stage and the physiotherapeutic signs presented by the body if this balance is interrupted or disturbed.

The student is exposed to the basic concepts on how homeopathic and herb preparation affects the body. Furthermore, how nutritional supplements, meditation, breathing, stretch and exercise, assist the body’s self-healing mechanism.

The Natural Health Practitioner curriculum is composed of the study of human anatomy and physiology, basic homeopathy and herbology, general and holistic nutrition, basic Oriental medicine, stress management techniques, business legality, professional ethics, and hands-on practices on natural health teaching.

After the student has completed all the academic requirements inside of the classroom, he or she will be required to develop and present a natural health program to the community. This community outreach program is to assure that the student has obtained the basic knowledge on how to deliver educational information about natural health to anyone interested on the subject.

The Natural Health Practitioner curriculum is subdivided into three areas of concentration, with each area of concentration being composed of phases and topics specifically chosen for that area of concentration. The three phases or areas of concentration are human anatomy and physiology, natural health and wellness, business development and legality, and professional ethics.

Clinical Massage Therapy Program

The Clinical Massage Therapy program was designed to educate and prepare anyone interested to enter in the field of clinical massage therapy.

The student graduated from the Clinical Massage Therapy program will be certified as a Clinical Massage Therapist. After graduation, the clinical massage therapist will have the fundamental knowledge to offer therapeutic massage services to the general population.

The student that graduate from this program could qualify to work in health spas, fitness centers, health clinics, hospitals, massage schools, open his/her own business, or any other location seeking the work of a professional massage therapist.

The Clinical Massage Therapy program is composed of 862 contact hours designed for anyone interested in becoming a professional massage therapist. The curriculum involves the study of human anatomy and physiology; general and clinical massage sciences, health education, business development and legality, and professional ethics.

This program was developed to give the students the basic knowledge on how the human body works under normal health circumstances, and to assist the biologic self-healing mechanism by using the principles and applications of massage therapy, either for maintenance or corrective measurements.

The Clinical Massage curriculum is subdivided into three phases of concentration with each phase of concentration being composed of subject of studies specifically chosen for that area of concentration. The four phases of concentration are Anatomy, physiology, massage therapy, and general education.

Professional Ethics

The Professional Ethics subject of study was designed to educate and prepare certified and licensed massage therapists to fulfill their professional ethics requirements for continuing education.

The student completing the professional ethics subject of study will receive a certificate of completion related to two clock hours of professional ethics.

The Professional Ethics subject of study is composed of 6 contact hours designed for licensed and certified massage therapists to act in a manner that justifies public trust and confidence, enhances the reputation of the profession, and safeguards the interest of individual clients.

This subject of study will focus on most standards of practice necessary for the maintenance of appropriate professionalism involved with the practice of massage therapy.



Foot Reflexology

The Foot Reflexology subject of study was designed to educate and prepare anyone interested to learn about the principles of reflexology working as a Reflexologist.

The student completing the Reflexology subject of study will receive a certificate of completion related to twenty clock hours on Reflexology.

The Reflexology subject of study is design to prepare students to use reflexology techniques for common conditions and full body session for maintenance purposes. Students learn how to identify, locate, and apply general foot reflexology techniques to reflex areas on the feet, which are related to specific organs and parts of the body. Furthermore, students will learn how to do a complete foot reflexology session.


Pharmacology for Massage Therapy

The Pharmacology for Massage Therapy subject of study is composed of 20 clock-hours designed to expose and educate certified and licensed massage therapists to major concepts of indication and contra-indications of massage therapy treatments on patients that are taking medications and respective interactions of massage techniques on medicated patients.

The student completing this subject of study will receive a certificate of completion related to twenty clock hours on Pharmacology for Massage Therapy.


Clinical Massage for Upper Back and Neck Pain

The Clinical Massage for Upper Back and Neck Pain subject of study is composed of 20 clock-hours designed to educate and prepare certified and licensed massage therapists and allied health care professionals to fulfill their requirements for continuing education.

The student completing this subject of study will receive a certificate of completion related to twenty clock hours on Clinical Massage for Upper Back and Neck Pain.

The Clinical Massage for Upper Back and Neck Pain subject of study is composed of 20 contact hours designed for licensed and certified massage therapists to advance their knowledge by learning how to clinically assess musculoskeletal areas of clients or patients and apply the appropriate massage techniques in order to decrease muscle tension and soreness.


Clinical Massage for Lower Back and Hip Pain

The Clinical Massage for Lower Back and Hip Pain subject of study is composed 0f 20 clock-hours designed to educate and prepare certified and licensed massage therapists and allied health care professionals to fulfill their requirements for continuing education.

The student completing this subject of study will receive a certificate of completion related to twenty clock hours on Clinical Massage for Lower Back and Hip Pain.

The Clinical Massage for Lower Back and Hip Pain subject of study is composed of 20 contact hours designed for licensed and certified massage therapists and allied health professional to advance their knowledge by learning how to clinically assess musculoskeletal areas of clients or patients and apply the appropriate massage techniques in order to decrease muscular tension and soreness.
