ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Requirements Upon acceptance into the program, students may download the enrollment package, enroll for the Massage Therapy Program, choose the starting term, and pay the tuition down payment. The enrollment forms are to be completed, signed, dated and mailed directly to the school prior to the shipment of educational materials. The tuition down payment can be completed via our online payment system or mailed to the school along with the enrollment package. All mailed payments must be in the form of money orders or certified checks. DO NOT mail personal checks or cash. Forward all payments and enrollment forms to:
